Returns & Refund Policy

At REDTAG, we want you to love your purchases. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we make returns easy. No Hassle, No Time Limits Anytime-Anywhere exchange:

Online Return Items:

  • Online Returns: You can create your return request within 15 days of receiving the order.

  •  In case your order contains items under offers: BxGy (Buy 1 get 1, Buy 2 get 1), or every 2nd item at X% off, the refund amount for the returned items will be calculated on prorata base.

Easy Refunds:

  • Online Refunds: Your refund will be initiated within 7-10 days of receiving your order. 
  • Online Refunds: All the returned item/s must be with orginal packing and sellable condition.

Exchange And Return In Store:

  • Exchange Anytime: You can exchange your items at stores whenever it's convenient for you. There's no set deadline.

  • In-Store Returns: Visit your nearest Redtag store (link) within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, where you will receive a cash refund or receive in-store credit that you can use for instant exchanges or future purchases.

  • In case your order contains items under offers: BxGy (Buy 1 get 1, Buy 2 get 1), or every 2nd item at X% off, we will accept the Exchange/Return request at stores only if you are returning the complete order.

  • Refund against returns at stores will be offered to all customers in possession of:     1. A valid original receipt that you received over email after placing the order.
    2. Unworn and unused products, with the original tags still attached). 

Non-Returnable Items:

  1. Damaged, used, altered, or worn products.
  2. Opened perfumes, makeup, accessories, undergarments, or handbags.
  3. Non-returnable items sent with returnable items won’t be refunded; return shipping costs will be added to return the items, QTR 15
  4. Please note: Fragile items can only be returned in store only.

Refund for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • Store Returns: Choose a credit note at stores, or cash refund (valid within 7 days of invoice).
  • Online Returns: Customer care team will contact you to get your bank details for a direct refund. (In case we didn’t get any response within 15 days, discount voucher with the same amount will be created).

  • Note:
  • COD and shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Loyalty points are non-refundable.
  • Report damaged products within 24 hours of delivery customer.support@redtag.ae
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Log in to your account My account-, select the items, and confirm the return. If you ordered without logging in, use the link and enter your order details.
