Delivery Policy

• REDTAG aims to deliver items within 2-3 days. Orders over QAR 150 qualify for free delivery, for orders less than 150 QAR, a shipping fee of 15 QAR will be added.
  
  
• For COD (cash on delivery) orders a small service charge of QAR 15 is added to the order value. In case you intend to pay in cash then please make sure to keep exact cash amount ready at the time of collection for convenience.
  
  
• We are not responsible for losses caused by late delivery. You might need to sign when your order arrives, and any issues can be reported by email customer.support@redtag.ae. After three missed delivery attempts, your order will be returned and refunded if its prepaid.
